Hello everybody,
we have big issues with labelled monomers sticking on the surfaces of
different materials (like glas, gold or agarose...) during chemical primer
extention reactions. The monomers are either labled with Cy- or Bodipy-dyes
and have a 5'-phosphate group. Does anyone know of a (working) washing
protocoll to remove molecules like these without disturbing DNA duplex
stability ?
Best Regards
Ralf Eisenhuth
