Dear all,
Mander reagents were widely used in ¦Â-keto ester formation from ketones.
Recently, I use Mander reagent to synthesis a ¦Â-keto ester from ketone, but the
leaving group CN tend to add to the ketone after the ¦Â-keto ester formation. We
got some CN addition product every time, anybody know how to avoid this? Please
give me some advises or literature to solve this problem.
Thank you in advance.
-Peng
