ORGLIST: How to make this reaction work?

Dear all,
   I did some reactions about alkynyllithium and lactone addition ( please see the
attachment), but they all didn¡¯t work. I try to add alkynyllithium to lactone
slowly and add lactone substrate to the alkynyllithium THF solution in a portion,
all the reactions didn¡¯t work. I also try to add BF3.Et2O to the reaction, the
reaction din¡¯t work all the same. I don¡¯t know why, any one can give me some
suggestion and some papers about this kind of addition? Thank you in advance.
