Sorry to continue to pester everyone but could someone suggest some good stains for alumina plates? I have used PMA and p-anisaldehyde when using silica plates, but they don't appear to stain properly with alumina. Or should they be ok and I'm just screwing it up?Thanks again and again and again.....Ken
