Hello,
I am currently trying to oxidize Cbz-Phe-ol (Cbz protected phenylalaninol)
to the corresponding aldehyde. I just need to isolate the crude aldehyde
and take it on to a reductive amination. Any suggestions or hint for DMP
and Swern oxidations?
