ORGLIST: De-BOC and FMOC

Hi all:

I have been trying to de-boc and in turn fmoc a His derivative.
This should be a routine procedure yet l have not been able to achieve
it.
I have attempted the deboc using TFA/WFI/TIPS mixture as well as just
TFA (with DCM).
And then to FMOC l have used FMOC-OSu and a sodium bicarb solution.
As we know it is frustrating to think that something so simple is
actually turning out not so!
I would appreciate any thoughts on this.
