Dear all,
     Please see the attachment.What base should I use? I had tied all kinds of
base from literature, but all faild.

      Base:Cs2CO3, NaOH, t-BuOK, NaH, NaOMe, Ag2CO3(Koenig-Knorr condition),
Ag2O(Koenig-Knorr condition).

     The systems have no reaction or are very complex, I don’t know why. It’s
hard to repeat the reactions in the literature. It's too hard to repeat!!!

Why??????

Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks.
