ORGLIST: Surprising Not working N-boc-pyrrolidin3-one from N-Boc-Pyrrolin-3-ol

Dear All,
   
  We are trying to oxidize N-pyrrolidin-3-ol to N-Boc-pyrrolidinone. But unfortunately we remain unsuccessful with alomost all procedure like swern, Moffet, mofet-pfizner, with Dess-Martin, PCC, jones regaent( Only for Pyroldin-3-ol). B
   
  I cant undesr stand why this is happening, I have tried everything for drying starting material and solvents but no success.
   
  Can anybody has idea Why this is happening and can anybody suggest how to prepare N-Boc-Pyrrolin-3-ol
