Hi Everyone,

  Anyone doing Sulfonamides & Tetracyclines residue analysis in a single run by LC-MS-MS. Am trying to do the same and am successful for Sulfonamide and Tetracycline & Oxy tetracycline. But I am getting very poor peak for Chlorotetracycline & Doxycycline. Pls. give me the input to improve the peak shape. FYI, I am using Thermo Electro C18 aQ 1.9um, 100x2.1column and using 0.1% Formic acid and ACN (0.1%HCOOH) gradient elution .
