Hi Everyone,

  I have been working on a natural product synthesis where i need to do sonogashira coupling in presence of an epoxide. my ethynyl group is alpha-to epoxide and i want to couple phenyl on the terminus of the ethynyl. do you think my epoxide survies under sonogashira conditions? has anybody have any suggestion?
