ORGLIST: AgNO3 impregated tlc plate

Hi
I seem to be dealing with a mixture of sesquiterpenes that have been proving a little bit difficult to separate. I intend to try AgNO3-tlc but I have not been able to lay my hands on a good details (impregnating AgNO3 on precoated tlc plate, detection of bands, recovery of pure components etc) report on the technique. I will appreciate it if anyone with laboratory experience on this can let me in.
