Dear Members,
I am a beginner in the field of combinatorial chemistry and solid phase
synthesis.
I am interested in starting a new project to built an indole library. Could
anyone please inform me which equipment should I use for building a library. I
would like to buy equipment for automated solid phase synthesis that allow me
a library of about 500 compounds.
Recommendations are welcome, suggesting a company, or a reference equipment.
What about the work-up and compound identification, is there any way of doing
it fast (automated) and what could be the cost.
I would appreciate if someone could indicate me some literature in this regard.
Thanks in advance.
Maria Marques
