Hello,
try detection reagent for alkylation reagents:
1. immerse TLC plate into 1% solution of 4-(4-nitrobenzyl)pyridine in
ethanol
2. heat it with heat gun
3. put in gas NH3 atmosphere (above conc.aq.ammonia)
