ORGLIST: TLC visualization of alkyl halides

Can someone recommend a TLC visualization reagent for
simple alkyl halides (like dibromoethane)? I tried
conc. sulfuric acid but it doesn't work very well and
it can be quite messy. PMA doesn't work at all. Thanks.
