Hi
Does anyone have references or experimental data about the stability of pyrophosphate backbone in Nicotiniamide Adenine dinucleotide (NADP) or Nicotinic acid adenine dinuclotide (NAADP).
I want to know how the stability changes when the negative charge on oxgen atoms of phosphours oxyeng bond is neturalised with putting neutral group.
If the OH group is replaced with O-alkyl or O-aryl or anyother neutral group does the pyrophosphate linkage becomes ustable and breaks.
Any comments on this will be highly appreciated.
Regards
