One of the search engines on the Internet is Google. A search on Google
http://www.google.com/search?as_q= <http://www.google.com/search?as_q=&btnG=Google+Search&as_epq=&as_oq=caoutchoucine+caoutchouc> &btnG=Google+Search&as_epq=&as_oq=caoutchoucine+caoutchouc
shows this link as the third or fourth hit:
http://www.biologie.uni-hamburg.de/b-online/e20/20c.htm
There's the chemical formula of isomers caoutchouc and gutta-percha.
Another Google search for chemical formula
http://www.google.com/search? <http://www.google.com/search?&hl=en&lr=&newwindow=1&as_qdr=all&q=+caoutchoucine+chemical+formula> &hl=en&lr=&newwindow=1&as_qdr=all&q=+caoutchoucine+chemical+formula
has this link as the fourth hit:
http://www.1911encyclopedia.org/G/GU/GUTTA.htm
describing the hydrocarbons from caoutchouc and gutta-percha as having formula C10H16.
Knowing that caoutchoucine is the distillate of India rubber, the Google search
http://www.google.com/search? <http://www.google.com/search?&hl=en&lr=&newwindow=1&as_qdr=all&q=+caoutchoucine+distill> &hl=en&lr=&newwindow=1&as_qdr=all&q=+caoutchoucine+distill
has the first hit
http://www.librum.us/i-dicks/index.htm whose entry for "Caoutchoucine" refers to Entry 2249, whose link
http://www.librum.us/i-dicks/216.htm describes the distillation as performed at 600 degrees F.
