Ohad,
Fmoc is a good protection group for Amine; and an ester group protection for both phenol and carboxylic acid will survive acid condition.
Please check the link, and find the common protection groups from the left column.

Dear colleagues,
I am looking for a protective group that i can use to protect a phenol a secondery amine and a carboxylic acid that would be stable to acidic conditions.
unfortunately the Benzyl group which would fit all three is sensitive to acidic conditons
