Greetings,
A new version of WinTorg has just been released (v4.20).

WinTorg is a Windows program that shows how to identify organic
compounds using spectroscopy and other data. The full program has
information about 100 unknowns. It is designed for early university
or college level and has already been adopted in 17 countries.
