Hi everybody,
I want to set up an analysis protocol for the determination of hydrogen peroxide in chewing gum. The main problem is the extraction of hydrogen peroxide out of the chewing gum base. Does anyone know what type of organic solvent I can use to solubilize the chewing gum to make it more easily to extract the hydrogen peroxide for analysis.
Kind regards,
Eric
