ORGLIST: 1,3-Difluorobenzene

Hello to all friends !

I'm trying to develope 1,3-Difluorobenzene from two possible paths.

a) from m-Phenylenediamine & b) from 1,3-Dichlorobenzene.


But I have not any synthesis references for this. Can someone pls help me suggesting synthesis procedures for these ?
