Hi all,
can anybody tell me the melting point for 2,3-dimethylindole-5-carboxylic acid methyl ester?
im making it from 4-amino benzoic acid
its diazotization , reduction and condensing with methyl ethyl ketone followe by cyclysation.
its an intermediate for solvent orange 107 also called Macrolex Orange R
