ORGLIST: Hydrazine Hydrate

Dear All,

 I am trying to prepare hydrazine hydrate hydrochloride by reaction methyl ethyl ketone with Ammnonia followed by oxidation with hydrogen peroxide in presence of Acetamide to get azine than hydrolysis nt hydrochloric acid to get hydrazine hydrate hydrochloride.

i got this process from the patent. still i m not successful
Can anyone comment how safe this procedure it
                   How reliable this and
will it work. is there anythinhg missing
