Dear Mr. Mashayekhi,
there are aseveral reagents to do this. You can use
PCl3 and CCl4, Acetyl Chloride, SOCl2, (COCl)2, or
even Trichloro Isocyanuric acid (TCCA), which is very
cheap and used as chlorinating agent for pools. You
can buy it in the supermarket.
