An initial starting point, is an electronic structure based query using Beilstein Crossfire. You will need to purchase a subscription to use this database:

The "CrossFire-Beilstein" database is the world's most comprehensive compilation of (checked) chemical facts.
CrossFire Beilstein indexes 3 principal data domains: 1) substances; 2) reactions; and 3) literature. The first stores structural information with all related facts and literature references, including chemical, physical, structural and bioactivity/pharmacology data. The second domain provides the primary literature source regarding the synthesis of substances (including drugs), enabling scientists to investigate reported reaction pathways with reaction search queries. The literature section details citations, titles, and abstracts, which are hyperlinked to the substance and reaction domain entries. If you have suitable licences, on occasion, you can directly link to the required pdf. (provided it is available). This replaces the paper volumes which are still retained in many good libraries.
