hi everyone,
i m a research scholar working in the area of Procyan=
idins.i have tried a battery of tlc systems, but all in vain. the spot does=
n't separate out.even on HPLC, it is creating the same thing.
noe ,i h=
ave shifted to counter current chromatography. can anyone suggest me, what =
sort of systems, in what ratio ( if possible--ref.)
should i try so as to=
separate the closely separated procyanidins.
