Dear Professor Zabicky,

Hydrazine hydrate is very easily available in all towns of India. I have failed to understand why the mailers are insisting about a process. The mails reflect otherwise.

In any case, =20= you should work in a well protected environment, because the reagents =20= and products are very toxic. If it is only to save some money, IMO by =20= the end of the process it will have cost you twice or thrice the price =20= of buying a small amount of good quality hydrazine hydrate.
