dear Andrč,

if you mean anomeric pure sugar in the sense of emiacetalic form (free
anomeric OH), is quite difficult because of mutarotation of anomers alfa to
beta in solution or over silica during chromatography, is obviously possibl=
e
to have pure anomers in their acetalic form like methyl-glicosides (anomeri=
c
O-Me), and you could buy these one from fluka or aldrich.
