Hi
you can get biphenyl with two bromine atoms at 4,4' positions from aldrich, supleco, Alfa Aesar.
However you can synthesize these by using copper acetate. one of the reference is
Journal of Organic Chemistry, 68(26), 10130-10134; 2003
or by the brominationo of biphenyl
Organic Syntheses, 31, 29-30; 1951
Regarding the other compound with amino group they are aviable in small quantity from
Labo test building block
Ambinter Screening Library
Frinton Labs
You can synthesise them by either the reduction of the corresponding nitro compound
Journal of Organic Chemistry, 23, 1504-6; 1958
or from 2-nitrochlorbenzene
ref:
Bulletin of the Chemical Society of Japan, 48(6), 1868-74; 1975
