Dear Tushar:
You must be aware of the price of BASF (which is the only Market Leader for the production of hydroxylamine derivatives). Either hydroxylamine hydrochloride or Hydroxylamine sulfate (HAS) or 50%aqueous hydroxylamine cost below 14 USD per kilo (CIF). It is a dangerous preparation and you might go ahead if and only if you have necessary Saftey provisions in the laboratory. BASF has unique technology in Ludwigsheaffen and it has no competetors right now! I am aware of a few persons across the globe trying to challenge this (by trying to outsource the stuff to not so well equipped laboratories) but this has not worked out so far! Many people attempted this!
This simple Organic Synthesis procedure can prove to be quite dangerous on larger scales! I know one company in Gujarat that produces HAS and HA.HCl in kilo gram quantities. The Japanese manufacturers have closed the shop, for unknown reasons! So, my question is, are you very sure of the project you are undertaking?

Do you Yahoo!?
