ORGLIST:cyanomethyl ether protection

Hi All:
 
Cyanomethyl ether protection (for phenols) is usually cleaved by hydrogenation with PtO2. Is this protection stable under hydrogenation with Pd/C?? Anyone who has worked with this chemistry, please help.
