Dear Andrea,

you may want to try the conversion under mitsunobu
conditions (Synth. Commun. 2000, 2233-2238).
Other conditions that worked for me were:
T.L. 1998, 7385-7388 (acidic conditions)
and
J.O.C. 1993, 5886-5888 (for this one you can even buy
the diphenylazido phosphate).
