E and Z is the standard way to indicate these isomers. I cannot remember literature references right now, but perhaps, if you see some of the earlier publications of Karl Anker Jorgenson, you might get the right references.
(Even, Barry Yudin of Toranto). As I suspect that you are in Israel, the best man to give you references out of sleeve is Zvi Rapoport!
