actually not, but (at least in theory :) any perfluorinated ion will do, like
perfuorooctansulfonic acid (probably longer chains are required) or
perfluoroalkyl-substituted pyridiniumsalts or (CnF2n+1-(CH2)n-)4 N+ type
ammonium-salts....
