Dear Orglist Members and Colleagues!
In our lab we have HPLC- UV machine, with classical Merck column
LiChrosphere *100, RP-18 (5 mm), Cat. No. 51422. We are using MeCN-Water
as a eluent (gradient elution). Under our condition one analysis takes
around 10 minutes, then 5 minutes of pressure equilibration, altogether
15 minutes. This time of analysis can vary depending of the reaction
components or more precisely the applied method. We wish to increase
throughput of these analysis or more precisely decrease the analysis
time to around 5 minutes without loss of resolution. We have heard there
exist special short HPLC columns which fulfill our requirements, but we
don't know where from to buy it or which column would be the best for
us. Please, could somebody advice us or sell us such a column?
I thank you in advance very much!
