Snyder/Kirkland: Introduction to Modern Liquid Chromatography is the
standard text. It might not have too many applications, but you can see
those by getting all of the column manufacturers catalogues. They're loaded
with examples.

Could someone recommend a HPLC book which not only explains the thory but
also gives lots of examples ?
If that doesn't exist, a book with examples only would also be of interest
to me.
If that also doesn't exist, any book which you find good....
