ORGLIST:phosphorylation of triol

Dear all,

I am trying to phosphorylate hexanetriol by diphenylchlorophosphate,
reaction done in CH2Cl2 under N2 atm. with triethylamine as base, but after
stirring at rt. overnight, no progress was observed by TLC. Also after two
days, still no spot seem like the standard product. Could anyone who ever
done similar reaction help me with this?
