Hello! every colleagues of this orglist:
Who had the experience in deprotecting trityl(triphenyl
methyl) of cysteine or
other thiol group. I just got mixture couldn't be characterized in TLC or
HPLC and LCMS.
I had try some ways include "Reagent K , trifluoroacetic
acid/Triethyl silane,"
but all these didn't work, Who can give me some advices? any reply would be
great appreciated.
