ORGLIST:cellulosa acetate

I've been synthesis cellulosa acetate from sugar
tree's cellulosa. But I've difficulties to calculated
polimer degree and molecular weight of cellulosa that
i isolated, because there is limited tools and reagent
at my university.So i cant exactly how much reagent
(iuse acetic acid glacial to activated and acetic
anhydrid to acetilasi,and sulfuric acid) Do you have
some suggest to me?
I also want to use zinc cloride to catalisis acetilasi
celulosa,Do you can give me suggest the procedure?
