Hello!

I have done a synthesis of a tetrazol derivative of the alpha D-glucopyranose by six steps. So I did the same with the beta-D-gucopyranoside and the yields were worse in all the steps. I would like to know why and if there are any article in this way.

Thank you in advance,
Teresa Pedrosa.
