Dear all
I wish if somebody can help me in knowing the freezedrying conditions for milk. The frrezedrying procedure is aimed at removing all the water and give a powdery or filmy material. But what i achieve after freezedrying is a pasty dry material. Is "fat content" of milk the reason for this. Please recommend the program for freezedrying.
