Dear colleague:
Thanks for your reply,but there are two protective group
on my molecule,the one is Fmoc, the other is TBDMS. So NaOH
aqueous solution is too strong base to Fmoc, and strong acid
is harmful to TBDMS, Who can give me a proper suggestion in this
case?
Any advice would be great appreciated.
