ORGLIST:Allylation does not going on

hi all,
i have tried allylation of cyclohexanone(alfa to keto)using the Org. syn.
prosedure( vol.42,page 15,32 please visit:

for procedure ).
 the reaction does not
going on . If any one knows why??
and can sugessest working reaction conditions and precautions for this
reaction.
