ORGLIST:help needed on assay protocols for metals using 5-bromoanthranilic acid

Dear all

I am making 5-bromoanthranilic acid and 5-bromoindoxyl acetate. For the
first one there is a reference in Merck Index saying it is used for
determination of Cobalt, Nickel, copper and zinc. I would like to supply the assay protocol along with the chemical. Can somebody help me find the assay protocol for the determination of these metals using 5-bromoanthranilic acid. Second one is a chromogenic substrate for esterases. Also kindly contact me for buying these chemicals as I could offer the best price.
