Dear Collegues!
I am developing methods of analysis for low level concentration. To get
a method accepted and to get it documented internally, one is to make a
validation of the method.
Have anybody of You some advice how to get LOD, LOQ, linearity, range,
sensitivity, (precision, accuracy, specificity, etc) of the method ?
Any good literature? How shall I do when using Internal Standard?
