ORGLIST: Vinilic compound

I am studying a way to prepare a vinilic derived of
the morin [2',4',6',3,5-pentahydroxyflavone]
(C15H10O7.2H2O). It is important that the groups -OH
is present in the final structure.
I thank the suggestions.
