I'm in partial agreement with Robert Chapman, as I find that Jacob's
messages from Jacob.Zabicky$##$uab.es sometimes appear (on my Mac
laptop, system 8.0) with a 1904 date and sometimes with a correct
date. I have a vague recollection that the 1970 date seen by Eva may
be something to do with a Y2K default. Curiouser and curiouser.....
