Dear All The Chemist,
       I am looking for the best method to synthesis of
starch acetate,
       I just know that this to synthesis of starch acetate
is a kind of ester reaction,
      Anhydride acetic and Acid acetic is used.
And I don't know the temp. and time in reaction.
