Dear colleagues,
as usual I apologize for any crossposting.

I'm trying to synthesize a series of hydroxamic acids by the procedure
described in J. Med. Chem. 1987, 30, 2121 by Summer et al., but my
yields are very low.

Do you have any experience (or suggestion) on this topic?
