Dear List members:
Does anyone have experienced on the derivatization of steroids for GC-MS?
I try to prepare trimethylsililated stanozolol, 3-hidroxy-stanozolol and 16-hidroxy-stanozolol
with MSTFA-TMSI-DTE (100,5,5 v/v/w) for 40 min at 60C and experienced no reproducible results.
What care should I take for preparing this kind of TMS derivatives? Thank you very much.
