ORGLIST: side products problem

Dear Friends,
can you help me in finding uses, applications of 2'-chloro-4-hydroxy
benzophenone and also of m-bromo fluorobenzene? These are the side products
which I find difficult to avoid and hence must find some way to make use of
them to complete my project work. Thanks
